Classroom Digital Readiness Check

This SCORM activity helps you check whether your classroom, device, internet connection, files, and safeguarding practices are ready for a digital or AI-supported lesson.

Estimated time: 10–15 minutes. Complete all steps and submit your final result at the end.

How to Start

Click the SCORM activity link: Classroom Digital Readiness Check.
Choose Enter or Start attempt.
Read each screen carefully before answering.
Use the Next button to move forward.

What You Will Do

Check device and classroom panel readiness.
Confirm file and folder preparation.
Review internet and offline backup readiness.
Apply privacy and safeguarding rules.
Receive a readiness result at the end.

Steps to Complete the SCORM Activity

Prepare your device

Make sure your laptop, classroom panel, speaker, projector, or other teaching device is turned on and working.

Check files and folders

Confirm that your lesson files are clearly named and saved in the correct folder.

Check internet and offline backup

Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection, and make sure you have an offline copy of important teaching materials.

Apply safeguarding rules

Do not enter students’ personal data into public AI tools or unsafe websites. Use official school channels for communication.

Submit and review your result

Complete the final screen and review your readiness result. If needed, repeat the activity after improving your preparation.

Important: Do not close the activity window before reaching the final result screen. Closing early may prevent Moodle from recording your completion.

Completion Requirement

Your completion may be recorded when you finish the SCORM activity and reach the final result screen. Your teacher or facilitator may also ask you to discuss your readiness result in class or upload a short reflection.

यो SCORM गतिविधिले तपाईंको कक्षाकोठा, उपकरण, इन्टरनेट जडान, फाइल व्यवस्थापन र बाल संरक्षणसम्बन्धी अभ्यासहरू डिजिटल वा एआई-सहयोगी पाठका लागि तयार छन् कि छैनन् भन्ने जाँच गर्न मद्दत गर्छ।

SCORM गतिविधि पूरा गर्ने चरणहरू

आफ्नो उपकरण तयार गर्नुहोस्

ल्यापटप, कक्षाकोठा प्यानल, स्पिकर, प्रोजेक्टर वा अन्य शिक्षण उपकरण खुला र कार्यशील छ कि छैन जाँच गर्नुहोस्।

फाइल र फोल्डर जाँच गर्नुहोस्

आफ्नो पाठसँग सम्बन्धित फाइलहरू स्पष्ट नामकरण गरिएको र सही फोल्डरमा सुरक्षित गरिएको छ कि छैन पुष्टि गर्नुहोस्।

इन्टरनेट र अफलाइन ब्याकअप जाँच गर्नुहोस्

Wi-Fi वा मोबाइल डेटा जडान जाँच गर्नुहोस्, र महत्त्वपूर्ण शिक्षण सामग्रीको अफलाइन प्रतिलिपि सुरक्षित छ कि छैन सुनिश्चित गर्नुहोस्।

बाल संरक्षणसम्बन्धी नियम लागू गर्नुहोस्

विद्यार्थीको व्यक्तिगत तथ्याङ्क सार्वजनिक एआई उपकरण वा असुरक्षित वेबसाइटमा नराख्नुहोस्। सञ्चारका लागि विद्यालयका आधिकारिक माध्यम मात्र प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्।

बुझाउनुहोस् र नतिजा समीक्षा गर्नुहोस्

अन्तिम स्क्रिन पूरा गरी आफ्नो पूर्वतयारी नतिजा समीक्षा गर्नुहोस्। आवश्यक परेमा तयारी सुधार गरेर गतिविधि पुनः गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ।

महत्त्वपूर्ण: अन्तिम नतिजा स्क्रिनमा नपुगेसम्म गतिविधि विन्डो बन्द नगर्नुहोस्। बीचमै बन्द गर्दा Moodle मा तपाईंको completion रेकर्ड नहुन सक्छ।

पूरा गर्नुपर्ने मापदण्ड

SCORM गतिविधि पूरा गरी अन्तिम नतिजा स्क्रिनमा पुगेपछि तपाईंको completion रेकर्ड हुन सक्छ। शिक्षक वा सहजकर्ताले तपाईंलाई आफ्नो तयारी नतिजाबारे कक्षामा छलफल गर्न वा छोटो प्रतिबिम्ब अपलोड गर्न पनि भन्न सक्नुहुन्छ।
