8.1 The Classroom Digital Readiness Check - why and how

The Classroom Digital Readiness Check is a short routine you run before any digital or AI lesson so that problems are solved in advance, not in front of pupils. It is adapted from the Day of AI last-minute prep and tech-check step and made into a reusable tool on Sikai Chautari.

The six readiness areas
  • Device: is a working, charged device or panel available?
  • Internet: reliable, intermittent or none - and is there an offline plan?
  • Browser / app: is anything the lesson needs installed, tested and logged in?
  • Accessibility: are adjustments planned for learners who need them?
  • Privacy & safety: is the personal-data red line respected, and contact kept on school channels?
  • Printing / fallback: are paper handouts ready if technology fails?

Working through these areas produces a readiness report - your Ready areas, the items to fix, the adjustments you have planned and your offline fallback. The report becomes the core of Practical Task 2.

  1. Open the Classroom Digital Readiness Check SCORM package and complete all six areas for a class you teach.
  2. Download or copy your readiness report.
  3. Use it to write Practical Task 2 - a readiness plan for your own classroom.

8.1 कक्षाकोठा डिजिटल तयारी जाँच - किन र कसरी

कक्षाकोठा डिजिटल तयारी जाँच एउटा छोटो नियमित प्रक्रिया हो जुन तपाईंले कुनै पनि डिजिटल वा एआई (AI) पाठ अघि सञ्चालन गर्नुहुन्छ ताकि समस्याहरू विद्यार्थीहरूको अगाडि नभई पहिले नै समाधान हुन सकोस्। यो 'डे अफ एआई' (Day of AI) को अन्तिम समयको तयारी र प्रविधि जाँच चरणबाट परिमार्जन गरी सिकाइ चौतारीमा पुनः प्रयोगयोग्य उपकरणको रूपमा बनाइएको हो।

तयारीका ६ वटा क्षेत्रहरू
  • उपकरण: के चल्ने, चार्ज गरिएको उपकरण वा प्यानल उपलब्ध छ?
  • इन्टरनेट: भरपर्दो, ग्याप रहने वा नहुने - र के त्यहाँ अफलाइन योजना छ?
  • ब्राउजर / एप: के पाठलाई चाहिने सबै कुराहरू इन्स्टल, परीक्षण र लग-इन गरिएको छ?
  • पहुँचयोग्यता (Accessibility): के आवश्यकता भएका सिकारुहरूका लागि आवश्यक व्यवस्था योजना गरिएको छ?
  • गोपनीयता र सुरक्षा: के व्यक्तिगत विवरणको लक्ष्मण रेखाको पालना गरिएको छ र सम्पर्क विद्यालयको माध्यममा राखिएको छ?
  • प्रिन्टिङ / वैकल्पिक योजना: प्रविधि असफल भएमा के कागजका हातेसामग्रीहरू (Handouts) तयार छन्?

यी क्षेत्रहरूमा काम गर्दा एउटा तयारी रिपोर्ट तयार हुन्छ - तपाईंको तयारी भएका क्षेत्रहरू, सुधार गर्नुपर्ने कुराहरू, तपाईंले योजना गर्नुभएका समायोजनहरू र तपाईंको अफलाइन वैकल्पिक योजना। यो रिपोर्ट प्रयोगात्मक कार्य २ (Practical Task 2) को मुख्य आधार बन्नेछ।

प्रयास गर्नुहोस् - वास्तविक कक्षाको लागि जाँच सञ्चालन गर्नुहोस्

  3. आफ्नै कक्षाकोठाको लागि तयारी योजना—प्रयोगात्मक कार्य २ (Practical Task 2) लेख्न यसको प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्।
