Redact it: spot the personal data

In this activity, identify what must be removed before any task touches an AI or online tool.

Suggested items
  1. From a sample line, select all personal data: full name, photo, home address, marks, health note.
  2. True / False: “Initials or a code can safely replace a pupil’s full name in a tool.” → True
  3. True / False: “It is fine to upload a class photo to a free tool to make a poster.” → False
  4. Choose the safe way to ask AI for help with a struggling reader. → Describe the need without naming the pupil.
  5. Caste, ethnicity, or disability status is → personal data that needs particular care.
Closing feedback: When in doubt, do not enter the data — ask your school’s focal point.

  2. सही / गलत: “विद्यार्थीको पूरा नामको सट्टा अक्षर वा कोड प्रयोग गर्न सकिन्छ।” → सही
  3. सही / गलत: “पोस्टर बनाउन निःशुल्क उपकरणमा कक्षाको फोटो अपलोड गर्नु ठीक हो।” → गलत
  4. पढाइमा कठिनाइ भएका विद्यार्थीका लागि एआईसँग सहयोग माग्ने सुरक्षित तरिका छान्नुहोस्। → विद्यार्थीको नाम नखोली आवश्यकता वर्णन गर्नु।
  5. जात, जातीयता वा अपाङ्गता अवस्था → विशेष सावधानी चाहिने व्यक्तिगत डेटा हो।
