The CEHRD Learning Platform is an official educational initiative of the Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD), Government of Nepal. Why We Collect It
We process your data to deliver educational content, monitor academic progress, generate regional administrative reports for CEHRD, and ensure platform security through audit logs.
Legal Basis
Our processing is based on Consent provided by you at the time of registration and our Legitimate Interest in optimizing the learning experience and institutional reporting.

Note on Geographic Data
Collection Method: District, Municipality, and Province data are user-provided at registration. We do not collect automatic GPS or real-time location data.
Purpose: This data is essential for administrative reporting, regional learning analytics, and resource allocation by the CEHRD.
Visibility: This information is visible only to platform administrators and assigned instructors for educational management.
This data is NOT used for ad targeting, user tracking, or third-party marketing.
Data Retention
We retain user data as long as the account remains active. Course activity data is kept for archival reporting purposes. Upon account deletion request, personal identification fields are purged from our active databases within 30 days.
Third-party Sharing
We do not sell or trade your data. Access is limited to authorized government hosting providers and essential technical support teams maintaining the Moodle infrastructure.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You can manage your profile directly or contact us for assistance.

As an educational portal, we serve students under 18. We encourage parents to oversee the registration process. We do not collect data beyond what is necessary for educational delivery.
Security Measures
We employ industry-standard encryption, password hashing, and HTTPS protocols. Servers are maintained in a secure, firewalled government facility to prevent unauthorized access.
Policy Updates
Changes to this policy will be announced via platform notifications or the "Updates" section on the homepage. Significant changes may require re-consent at login.
